High quality customer service is at the heart of the G24 philosophy; whether it’s the quality of the communication we share with our clients or helping you to reach and communicate with staff and customers affected by the implementation of new parking services.

Your dedicated G24 team will support you throughout the installation, commissioning and go live phase of your new parking management system and continuously during ongoing operations. This includes site visits to provide training for staff members.

A key component of G24 customer services is the provision of a team dedicated to resolving appeals from motorists. All appeals are dealt with through a structured process and within 5 working days of receipt.
